Coaching is as individual as you are.
During your first call you can expect a brief introduction and then we’ll dive right into the coaching experience. By the end of the call, you should have a good understanding of what it feels like to work with me as your coach and will be able to make a decision whether or not it’s something you’d like to continue.
After that, the amount of time you work with me is up to you. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to coaching timelines. I honestly believe that you’ll know what’s best for you. No minimum commitment is required. We could speak once, twice, or for more than a year; the choice is always yours.
Here are the most popular options I offer based on the overall needs of most clients:
- Single 45-Minute Session (email for pricing) – This is widely used with past clients on an as-needed basis. This is also a great option if you have one specific topic or issue and need help with an intense brainstorming session or a kick-start to get you moving on something.
- 4-Session Package* (45 minutes each) (email for pricing) – By far the most popular package I offer. This package gives you enough time to state where you want to go, uncover some of the garbage that might be holding you back, and get off and running toward your first big goal.
- 12-Session Package* (45 minutes each) (email for pricing) - This is the package that cements it all. Just like hiring a personal trainer to change the shape of your body, hiring a coach to change the shape of your life takes time. This package allows you the maximum amount of personal insight and accountability to keep you aligned in reaching your objective.
Payment is required in full up front, at least 24 hours prior to the first coaching session. I invoice through PayPal where you can safely and securely pay by credit or debit card or directly from your bank account.
If you’re ready to get started, contact me to schedule your first coaching session!
*All coaching packages include free email support in between sessions on an as-needed basis.
